gt3 Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the gt3 platform. By registering an account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the gt3 platform via gt3.click or any related channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the gt3 platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and gt3 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version.
The gt3 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. gt3 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that is unable to verify its eligibility.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to register one account on the gt3 platform only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are fully responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
- Notifying gt3 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensuring that no other party uses your account — whether with your knowledge or not.
- Updating your account information if any of your personal details change.
Gt3 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure. For identity verification purposes during the withdrawal process, gt3 reserves the right to request appropriate supporting documents.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a gt3 platform user, you agree to use the platform responsibly and to comply with all applicable rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and further action:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical tools to exploit the platform's systems.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes through unauthorised or fraudulent means.
- Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers through multiple accounts or other fraudulent methods.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the system, data, or accounts of other users.
- Distributing harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate content through the platform's communication channels.
Gt3 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding balances involved in fraudulent activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the gt3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required or supported for users in Malaysia.
Available deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX and the TNG eWallet digital wallet. Deposits are typically processed almost instantly. gt3 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Regarding withdrawals:
- Your first withdrawal requires basic identity verification to be completed before it can be processed.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name.
- Gt3 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals, which may be updated from time to time.
- Any activity suspected of money laundering or financial fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities, and related transactions may be placed on hold pending investigation.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details are accurate and up to date. gt3 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment information provided by the user.
5. Liability Limitations, Suspension & Account Closure
Liability Limitations
The gt3 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, gt3 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. Users access this platform at their own risk.
Account Suspension
Gt3 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account in the following situations: an investigation into suspicious activity is ongoing; requested identity verification or documents have not been received; or a complaint or dispute relating to the account has been raised. During the suspension period, access to the account and fund transfers may be restricted.
Account Closure
Gt3 reserves the right to permanently close a user's account in the event of a terms violation, confirmed fraud, use of multiple accounts, or upon the user's own request. Account closure due to a terms violation may result in the forfeiture of any balance linked to the offending activity. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact gt3 customer support.
6. Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Amendments
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the gt3 platform are the exclusive property of gt3 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from gt3.
Third-Party Links
The gt3 platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment processors. gt3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Amendments to Terms
Gt3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms should first be resolved through amicable discussion.
